New Start, New Era
1/15/2018
A lot has happened since I finished my undergrad. I am now currently enrolled at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco pursuing a MFA in photography. Even though I finished my first semester and starting my second, this is only the beginning. I went in brimming with a direction but as the weeks went by I started to feel lost. It wasn't until the last 3 weeks when I started working on a project called Unpainted Life that I found a new direction and new stories to tell.
Without a doubt this has been the most mentally challenging time in my life. I'm constantly being push, not by my instructors or peers but by myself. Next week I'm traveling to Las Vegas and I'm challenging myself to shoot The Strip the same why I shot the Luxor Hotel and Casino several months ago. I want to show images of The Strip that people have never seen before.
